Eduardo Cornago, born in 2006 in Seville, began his violin studies at the age of four and has since built a solid and consistent musical career. Trained at the Joaquín Turina Music School in Seville, he studied for over a decade with professor Ramón San Millán and received recognition from the ABRSM, earning distinctions in both practical and theoretical exams. In 2023, he continued his training with Joaquín Torre in Madrid and later with Shirly Laub at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles, where he is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree.
Eduardo has taken part in numerous masterclasses with renowned violinists such as Alexis Galperine, Sylvia Huang, Sarah Kapustin, Radu Blidar, and Lara Lev, among others. He was also awarded consecutive scholarships from AIE for five years in recognition of his dedication and talent.
As a performer, he has been a member of several youth orchestras, including the Spanish National Youth Orchestra (JONDE), the Andalusian Youth Orchestra, and the Baroque Youth Orchestra of Seville, serving as concertmaster in the latter two. His concert activity has taken him to stages in cities such as Brussels, Seville, Oviedo, Gijón, Cádiz, and Almería, where he has performed both solo recitals and orchestral works.
Currently, Eduardo continues to explore his path as a soloist and orchestral musician, with a particular interest in baroque and modern repertoire, and a strong desire to grow as a performer in an international environment.
