In addition to financial support, YBT offers a whole range of accompanying services, from career advice and marketing to CD and video recordings, legal advice and everything they need to prepare for a solo career.
As you can imagine, the demands on YBT’s resources and volunteer actions, is greater now than ever. They can vary from tiny actions, like helping a clarinettist find the right reeds for their mouthpiece, through to advising on legal contracts, engaging with management agencies and a whole array of other coaching and support activities, which go way beyond just concerts and websites.
