On Saturday 7 December at 20:00,
Sarah Bayens (violin), Caridad Galindo Rueda (piano), Hanne Beyens (clarinet), Waldo Geuns (piano), Vilmos Csikos (violin), George Tyriad (piano) and Veronique De Raedemaeker (violin) come together to perform an enchanting programme of beautiful music from Belgian composers. Works include pieces by Michel Lysight, Victor Vreuls, Ruben De Gheselle, Waldo Geuns, Elias Gistelinck, Lodewijk De Vocht and Eugène Ysaÿe.
The evening is brought to you as part of the Young Belgian Talent initiative. A not-for-profit foundation supporting outstandingly talented, young Belgian classical musicians. The evening will be interlaced with short talks on the composers and their work. The ticket price includes drinks in the interval and a chance to meet with the musicians after the concert.
The Lemmens institiute is easy to reach by public transport, or by car and there is ample parking.
